As part of CYBG’s wellbeing strategy, SleepHubs are supporting employees to improve their sleep.

3 Steps to simply getting better sleep.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: How well do you really sleep?

There is no easy measure of sleep quality, so Dr. Stanley has created the 1 minute SleepHubs Check-up: 4 simple questions that give an indicative score of your overall sleep. After completing the Check-Up, your score will determine whether or not you may need help to improve your sleep. You can take the Check-Up here.

Step 2: Educational talk. All CYBG employees are welcome.

Join us on Wednesday 8th May at 12:30pm for a webinar with one of Britain’s best Sleep Researchers and author of ‘How to Sleep Well’: Dr. Neil Stanley. Step 3: Don’t endure, get a cure. Starting 8th May:


140 eligible people will have the opportunity to improve their sleep with our Somnify program: Graduate by getting at least 30 minutes extra sleep per night and often spend less time in bed!

Some participants will take a 3 week sleep behaviour course and some will end up with CBTi (Cognitive Behavioural Treatment for Insomnia) - recommended as the first line of intervention by the World Health Organization.  Normal cost £149 but FREE for CYBG employees.
