Do you want to improve your sleep?

As part of DPD’s wellbeing strategy, SleepHubs are supporting employees to improve their sleep.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: How well do you really sleep?

There is no easy measure of sleep quality, so Dr. Stanley has created the 1 minute SleepHubs Check-up: 4 simple questions that give an indicative score of your overall sleep. After completing the Check-Up, your score will determine whether or not you may need help to improve your sleep. You can take the Check-Up here.

Step 2: Don’t endure poor sleep, get a cure.

JOIN SOMNIFY: THE SLEEP IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME, LED BY EXPERTS

Somnify has been proven to help people to sleep longer, and often spend less time in bed! If your SleepHubs Check-Up indicates that your sleep can be improved, you can take part in the course.

After week 1, some participants will continue for 2 further weeks on a sleep behaviour course and a few will need further support and continue for 5 weeks with CBTi (Cognitive Behavioural Treatment for Insomnia) - recommended as the first line of intervention by the World Health Organization. Normal cost £149 but FREE for DPD employees.

All personal data remains confidential to the individual. The only data that is shared is anonymised group data.
