As part of DPD’s wellbeing strategy, SleepHubs are supporting employees to improve their sleep.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: How well do you really sleep?

Take the 1 minute SleepHubs Check-Up: 4 simple questions that give an indicative score of your overall sleep.

Step 2: Don’t endure poor sleep, get a cure.

JOIN SOMNIFY: THE SLEEP IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME, LED BY EXPERTS

Somnify has been proven to help people to sleep longer, and often spend less time in bed! After week 1, the really good sleepers will be finished. Most participants will continue for 2 further weeks on a sleep behaviour course. A few people may need further investigation or treatment and will be notified if this is the case.

All personal data remains confidential to the individual. The only data that is shared is anonymised group data.
