We work with all businesses, large or small, to improve employee health and well-being through better sleep.

Step 1.

SleepHubs Check-Up.

A simple, 1 minute screening enables us to identify whether you could improve your sleep. Typically, we invite all employees to complete the Check-Up, which gives us an idea of how well your staff are sleeping and if they need help to sleep better.

Step 2.

Talk to our experts

One of our resident sleep experts can provide a webinar or face-to-face talk to engage employees and discuss the importance of a good night’s sleep.

Step 3.

Sleep Improvement programme

Eligible employees will be invited to join Somnify: The Sleep Improvement Programme.

Somnify has been developed by sleep experts in Iceland and has a proven success rate of 80%. Most participants will complete a 3 week, sleep hygiene course, learning the do’s and don'ts of a great night’s sleep, and putting them into practice. For those who need further help with their sleep, they will complete a 6 week Cognitive Behavioural Treatment for Insomnia - recommended as the first line of intervention by the World Health Organisation.

Step 4.


Those who significantly improve their sleep will graduate from the programme. Further sleep help is also available for those who may suffer with sleep disorders such as Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
